For a monthly plan subscription, we charge per user per month, along with a fixed fee of $0.5. We count only active users who are not bots. The price is calculated and the invoice is adjusted for the upcoming month accordingly.
For a yearly plan subscription, we charge per user per year, combined with a fixed fee of $5 (per year). We determine the number of active users at the time of your purchase. If your team grows larger (which we hope for) during the year, there won't be additional charges for extra users. The price will be recalculated at the time of plan renewal.
